Excellent review. I find it very positive that ButcherBox cares about delivering quality meat from different animal species, raised and fed with healthy food for the body, which also offers them at a good price.

Less than $6 per meal is an excellent price, and I see that it has an excellent variety, ground beef, hot dogs, wings, steak, stew and all meats. I think it's excellent that they don't use hormones and everything looks good. I liked that promotion you mention about bacon for life, I hope I can take advantage of one of those promotions. Those chops you cooked look delicious !! One question, does ButcherBox have a seafood division?

I tried Butcher
box about a year ago. the one good thing I can say about them is that the quality of the meat was excellent.
What turned me off of them is the sad customer service i received when I had an issue with delivery. Their delivery service delivered my box to the wrong apartment at least two times during my tenure with them. This upset me because that meat was expensive and I have to stick to a budget. So there's no "go get some more" after having the boxes lost. When I called about it, the CS rep thought it was the funniest thing she'd ever heard. Let's just say I didn't get much help. Luckily only one box was lost. My family happened to come to visit me and saw the delivery person just drop my box off at the wrong address. They retrieved it for me.
Since I am totally blind, I rely allot on delivery and mail order. Customer Service is paramount to me. So, I'm hoping there's another organic, clean meat delivery service out there some where.
If anyone has any ideas, I'm open.

I love my Butcherbox big box subscription. Filled up my chest freezer quick and always dripping in add ons to my order. If you care about your health, it’s worth it.

Just placed an order for our first box. We can't wait to try those pork chops out. I have a question for you; we have a family of 5 and were starting out with the bundle of 6. How long do you think that will last?
