AFAIk, they used it in some of the Rhino brand and other collections because that way they didn't have to pay Frankie any royalties or something like that; anyway, it was cheaper that way, and most younger people who didn't grow up in the 1960's probably wouldn't know the difference.
My mom had me listening to this as a kid, and now at 27, it's my girlfriend and I's song. Its lasted such a long time, as good music always does. Glad I have someone that makes me think of songs like this. Very thankful.
