- This video shows some clips of Dmitry Bivol’s training with strength and conditioning coach Taylor Ramsdell in preparation for the fight on May 7 vs Canelo. It will be the 10th fight since Bivol and Ramsdell began working together in 2017. They’ve made great progress and they continue to do so. No matter what level they reach, they are committed to going higher.

He has great strength and conditioning training just like every professional boxer, but he uses them good in the fight

There it is, much better athlete. His training was higher level. He's doing movement cardio strength. And he's a big 175.

Oh man how I like the great humble boxer that is dmitry bivol and with this type of strong strength and conditioning training that's why canelo didn't stand the chance of winning vs bivol at 175, dmitry you just earned yourself another mexican boxing fan also in the post fight press conference the most humble fighter I've ever known besides golovkin but in the other hand canelo with his arrogance saying he only saw the russian winning 4 or 5 rounds just can't believe that bull.... doesn't know how to lose this is boxing ..it like this happen to the best tyson,chavez,Muhammad ali,frazier,pacquiao you name em.cinnammon learn from the defeat and go back to 168 where you belong and defend those titles in that division and don't ever challenge oleksander usyk to a fight cause is dangerous for your health!!🥊👏👍😆😂

Kovalev was not far behind the score card before Canelo KO'd him. Bivol is more disciplined, fluid and way better conditioned. He also has a good jab. If the fight goes to distance, Bivol may have the upper hand

Дима хорошо тренируйся,ты высокий Канело сперва бить будет по печени,когда ты нагинаешься он сразу наносить на левый бодбородок и левая рука по печени,держи расстояние ближнему бою не приближатся.Правая рука по поясу бьют осторожно опасно,так что братишка побед,нельзя боятся он тоже человек как ты.Ковалёв последний раунде сделал ошибку устал.Он ждёт 9 и 10 раунд чтобы накаутировать.

That is the most whack S&C program I’ve seen for a fighter - what on earth are they doing to him 😂😂😅 unbelievable. Imagine what a monster he would be with even just a basic solid program. Madness. S&C for boxers is like the Wild West.
So he is good at dodgeball as well as boxing...
