@Cholloon Molloon I'll try to explain! Let's start by pointing out that I'm making a personal interpretation of something translated, so there's room for mistakes here. But.
Well I guess it's an insult wrapped in a compliment, or a compliment wrapped in an insult.
It implies that Namjoon has great qualities (his intellect, charisma, leading abilities, writing abilites, hotness, tenacity, rapping and so on) which would seem unfair to be had by only one person, but that he inversely also has great flaws to balance out all that. In this case his clumsiness, forgetfull and carelessness maybe. Which, if those are his main flaws matched against the many qualities BTS-members regularly praise him for, is a pretty damnning judgement on just how clumsy and absentminded he is.
And Seokjin and Jimin have just discussed how they just don't get him sometimes, and that he'd have lost 300 phones if they weren't there to help him remember everything vital not permanently attached to his body.
Did my explanation make sense? I tried running it through google translate with another language I know, and it retained most of it's meaning. But I can try again with simpler sentences if it's still confusing :)
